I blew a .06 or .07!

If you were arrested in Massachusetts for an OUI and took a breath test and blew a .06 or .07 you almost certainly want to take the case to trial. These cases have a very good chance of ending with a not guilty verdict and you avoid having it on your record, losing your license and being on probation.

Massachusetts field sobriety tests

Why do people "fail" field sobriety tests in Massachusetts and what can you do if you are charged with drunk driving in Massachusetts because of these tests? I had a client asked to perform the 9 step walk and turn test and the one leg stand test who had bad knees and a bad back and I was able to get medical records to show his balance and coordination were impaired.
