 C. Henry Fasoldt,
Esq. - Senior Trial Attorney
Henry is a dedicated criminal defense attorney who travels to courts
across the state to defend our clients. He appears at arraignments,
pre-trials, motion hearings, compliance and election dates, trial
assignment dates, and trials.
He always makes himself available to our clients to discuss concerns
about their cases and the after-effects. He is very experienced at
getting clients the best possible deal in OUI plea bargains.
Henry has also been certified to perform standardized field sobriety tests. These are the tests
given by police officers in accordance with National Highway Traffic
Safety Administration (NHTSA) and International Association of Police
Chiefs (IACP) standards.
He is a
member of the National College for DUI Defense Lawyers, and recently
completed their seminar on Masters of Scientific Evidence (MSE) in
April, 2010.
 Kayla
Fahey, Esq. - Trial Attorney
Kayla is a criminal defense attorney representing our clients in
courts across the state.
She represents clients at arraignments, motion hearings, pretrials and
criminal trials for a wide variety of criminal charges and helps with trial
